What is a School Quick Login?

Accessing Purple Mash Accounts
Pupils can log in to their Purple Mash accounts via two links:
- School Portal Link – Format: https://www.purplemash.com/sch/school-name
- Quick Login Link – Format: https://www.purplemash.com/ql/random-letters-and-numbers
How to Find Your School's Quick Login Link
To locate both your School Portal and Quick Login links:
- Go to the Settings Menu.
- Select the Portal tab.
- You will find:
- The School Portal URL at the top.
- The Quick Login Link at the bottom.
- Use these links to create bookmarks for easy access.
- To create a new Quick Login link, click the “Regenerate Quick Login Shortcuts” button.
How Quick Logins Work
A teacher must first activate the quick login link, which will allow a 10-minute login window for pupils. See the guide here: How do I enable the Quick Login link for my Class?
Steps for Pupils to login:
- Go to the Quick Login link, eg: https://www.purplemash.com/ql/random-letters-and-numbers
- Click “Guest User” in the upper-right corner.
- Select their class, then their name from the dropdown list.
- Enter their password to log in.
