I am an Admin but I can not see Pupils or their work in Classes

If you are a School Admin on Purple Mash and can not see the work or assignments of individual pupils, one reason may be that you, as an Admin, are not assigned to the relevant classes of those pupils.
As an Admin, although you can manage your school's Purple Mash license from the Manage Users area (https://www.purplemash.com/app/admin/2lasso#/dashboard), you do not have access by default to pupils' work, teacher assignments and so forth. However, by assigning yourself to any class (or all classes), you will see pupils' saved work, class assignments, and more, just as if you were one of the teachers for that class.
You can assign yourself to any class by visiting https://www.purplemash.com/app/admin/2lasso#/classes and double-clicking on a class to add yourself to the class. See the class assignment section of our user manual for more on how to do this.
Once you are assigned to a class, you will also receive notifications in that class as if you were one of the teachers of that class. If you do not wish to continue receiving these notifications within Purple Mash, simply unassign yourself from the class.
